Is there a reset option? I have not paired my new phone and have noticed both devices are still hacked. I never found an app for these diffusers but would prefer to have control over randoms pairing to it. It would be great to use it without bluetooth. Imagine your diffuser being hacked at 2 am by some stranger playing loud music? Majority of the time they are unplugged to prevent being hacked.

This company is fraudulent. Ordered hand sanitizer and was told it shipped. When I checked tracking 8 days later the product still hasn't shipped. They send shipping confirmation to be able to initiate payment when infact the product hasn't shipped. Contacted PayPal and asked them for a refund and also contacted the better business bureau to report the fraud. The world is full of scammers, a simple look at this companies online reviews will stop you from ordering anything.

Is there a way to make it not beep when turning it on, and also when the timer finishes and it switches off? I sometimes like to set it at bedtime (and sometimes I only remember after my daughter has fallen asleep) to run for an hour, but then it beeps when the hour is up and wakes us.

Still didn't teach me how to turn off the Bluetooth. Ihave a Bluetooth receiver and it always detects the artnaturals Bluetooth. I use my headphones with my device. It gets annoying when I have to turn off my Bluetooth receiver before it can detect my headphones.
